Ordering Ticket Stock
Ticket Stock Order Form
Requesting New Stock
Complete the stock request form and e-mail it to Ticket@statravelgroup.com

Requests by fax or to any other e-mail address will not be accepted

On the Stock Request Form, all fields must be completed. These are:

• The ‘Dispatch To’ section - giving contact details - name, address and phone number etc.
• The ‘Stock Remaining’ section – the number of tickets, stickers or vouchers that you still hold
• The ‘Quantity Required’ section - the number of tickets, stickers or vouchers that you require. Please ensure you specify the correct type of tickets.
• The ‘Additional Comments’ section – for any additional notes you wish to make


Ordering and Delivery Times

To enable the request to be processed on the day it is received, it must be sent before 10:30 AM UK time. Any request that is received after 10:30 AM UK time will not be processed until the following day.

Please allow at least 7 days for delivery.


Dispatch Process

When the order has been received, checks will be done to ensure that new stock can be dispatched.

If your request is not permissible, you will be notified.

If the request is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the stock has been dispatched. It will detail the type of stock, the quantity and the ticket and/or voucher numbers. If the stock has been dispatched by UPS, you will also be given the Tracking Number.

If the stock is dispatched by UPS, you will receive an invoice in with the stock, detailing the dispatch charge and the stock charge. This should be paid immediately.

If the stock is not dispatched by UPS, you will receive an invoice from us in due course. This should be paid immediately.

What to do if you have ordered tickets and you have not received them

1. Tickets sent by UPS. Check the confirmation e-mail that you received for the Tracking Number. Logon to www.ups.com and select TRACK. Input the Tracking Number. If you experience any further problems, please e-mail the confirmation e-mail that you received from us, back to: Ticket@statravelgroup.com saying that you have not yet received the stock.

2. Tickets not sent by UPS. Please e-mail the confirmation e-mail that you received from us, back to: Ticket@statravelgroup.com saying that you have not yet received the stock.
